I was born in Phoenix, Arizona and am proud to be a native of this wonderful state. I graduated from Arizona State University West and I feel honored to have been a part of Garden Lakes Elementary School for the past 6 years.

In my free time I enjoy reading and hope to share this enthusiasm with your child. I also spend time with family and friends. I am a proud of owner of three very spoiled dogs: a chocolate lab, a Shepard mix, and a Shiba Inu. I will admit that I absolutely love Starbucks! My favorite color is purple and I think polar bears are adorable.

I am excited to begin on the journey of fourth grade with your child. It will be a fun and exciting year. Our Social Studies curriculum focuses primarily on Arizona. We will have guest speakers and field trips that relate to our state. In math, we will be focusing on multiplication, division and problem solving. In reading we will read novels and short stories. We will be practicing lots of writing. Our state testing takes place in April.
